English Language Requirements:
- Bachelors – IELTS overall 6.0 or higher with no band less than 5.5
- Masters, Graduate Diplomas and Graduate Certificates – IELTS overall 6.5 or higher with no band less than 6.0
- Certificates – IELTS overall 5.5 or higher with no band less than 5.0
- Diplomas – Either 6.0 overall with all bands 5.5. or higher, or 5.5 overall with all bands 5.0 or higher.
- Doctoral Degrees – 6.5 overall with 7* in Writing and all other bands with 6.0 or higher.

AUT: Pro Chancellor International’s Excellence Scholarship 2021
AUT International has introduced a latest scholarship for international students. This is a $25,000 NZD award recognising one top achieving international student who attended a secondary school in New Zealand and plans to enrol in a bachelor degree at AUT in 2021.
How to apply?
Eligible students should apply directly by emailing with the following instructions and documentation:
- In the subject heading, indicate “AUT PVCI’s Excellence Scholarship Application” and the full name and AUT student ID number.
- Attach the following documents:
- Current and valid conditional or unconditional offer to study at AUT
- Your NCEA, CIE, or IB results
- A personal statement (maximum 200 words) explaining why Students are applying for this scholarship, and what it would mean to them to receive it
Note: Applications closes 1 February 2021. Applicants are expected to attach their final high school results.
