Academic Courses
Five major Colleges (Business; Design, Fine Arts and Music; Education; Humanities and Social Sciences; and Sciences) provide a comprehensive range of Diplomas and Undergradate and Postgraduate degrees. A characteristic of many of Massey's professional degree programmes is their applied nature and close links with industry and professional sectors.The University also offers a Foundation Studies Programme and other pre-university Diplomas as well as English tuition for students who require further academic qualifications for entry to degree programmes.
General Notes
Honors programmes are available for all undergraduate degrees. Students completing a three-year undergraduate degree at Massey University with high academic standing may be eligible to undertake an Honors year as a postgraduate qualification. Four-year undergraduate degrees are awarded with Honors to students who achieve a high academic standard.Fees are listed in New Zealand, NZ$. They are a guide for a standard 100 points of full-time study (two semesters or one academic year). Unless otherwise stated, fees are for postgraduate papers, which are wholly research, will be reduced by 20% provided the research project is 100 points or more.
English Language Proficiency
Unless previous study has been in the English language medium, evidence of English language proficiency is required. English language study and support are available at all three campuses.The following minimum international test scores are required for admission:
