Overview:

Curtin is a first-class location and is just 6kms from the city centre. Perth, capital city of Western Australia, is a delightful city by world standards. It has more hours of sunshine than any other capital city in Australia, and is famous for its warm climate, open spaces and clear blue skies.The university Allow plenty of time outside study to visit the multicultural city of Perth and the historic port city of Fremantle - both close to the main Curtin campus. Then, make the most ofthe sunshine and explore the famous beaches, cafes, rivers and wineries around the city. During semester breaks and weekends take the time to see someof the states other near by attractions like Rottenest Island, the Swan Valley and Margaret River. Or take a short plane flight to the eastern states for some sight seeing.

Accomodation

Accommodation at Curtin and in the surrounding suburbs is one of the least expensive in Australia. The weekly rent for on or off campus housing ranges between $70-$250 per week. The University Housing Office assists students with finding suitable accommodation.
