The Validity of the score is generally for 5 years
Under what condition score is released
Although GMAT scores are not your property, you do have rights concerning the use, reporting, and cancellation of scores. To protect your rights, the GMAT score are reported to schools only at your specific request. Your scores will not be released at the request of schools, fellowship agencies, or other organizations. However, your score record and the documents you complete are retained by ETS and may be released to third parties (e.g., government agencies, parties to a lawsuit) if they are requested in connection with a subpoena.
