• Social Security number
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Telephone number
• Undergraduate institution
• Grade point average (GPA)
• Major and date of graduation
• Intended graduate study
• Highest level of education attained

• The number of questions you answer
• The level of difficulty and other statistical characteristics of each question
